The wines chosen for Spring by Monique, our Sommelier, can be best described as clean and honest. This refers equally to the profile of the wines and to the making process. Each wine has been carefully selected so that we may support small producers who focus on sustainable, bio-dynamic and organic farming methods. 

The wines compliment and reflect our very seasonal and thoughtfully simple food. Most of the wines are delicate, layered, versatile and most importantly delicious, which means you can pair them with a wide range of foods


Wine: Domaine de Ménard Cuvée Marine 2018                                         

Grapes: Colombard, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Gros Manseng

Region: Cotes de Gascogne, France

Description: Aromatic, crisp, zesty dry white wine. Ripe apple and stone fruit, fresh melon and zingy grapefruit. Totally refreshing. If you are a fan of Sauvignon Blanc then this will be a favourite.

Wine: Domaine Didier Fornerol Côte de Nuits Villages 2014         

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Region: Burgundy, France

Description: A rich deeply-coloured wine with a mass of sweet black fruit and ripe silky tannins, some floral notes, and a vibrant freshness running through to the finish.


Wine: Michele Chiarlo Nivole Moscato d'Asti 2018

Region: Piedmont, Italy

Grapes: Moscato

Description: The most refreshing delightful dessert wine. Not sticky, sickly sweet in any way. Plenty of peaches and apricots. Light and refreshing. Delicious even as an aperitif, but simply ideal with any fruit based dessert.
