Tomatoes with Coconut Milk, Ginger, Curry Leaves and Nigella Seed Naan Bread
Gently cooked winter tomatoes in a spiced, coconut and curry leaf sauce, served with a nigella seed naan. We would recommend serving alongside a tangle of greens and rice. It’s also the perfect accompaniment to any simply grilled white or oily fish.
