Punchy, unctuous and intense this aioli is made with new seasons extra virgin olive oil, young garlic, lemon juice and organic egg yolks. We use it with grilled or barbecued seafood, stirred into fish stews, alongside roast chicken, as a dip with farm vegetables or in grilled sandwich such as a BLT.
