Creamy skinned with a light yellow flesh - these little potatoes are grown in the cleanest soil imagineable - they are small in size, nutty and sweet. Like all new potatoes they should go into boiling salted water (larger potatoes always go into cold water!) and cooked until just tender. They are beautiful served warm with lashings of butter or serve room temperature in a simple salad - perfect with Nicoise!
