Description:  On the nose some white nectarine with a gunflint minerality and hint of spice. A bone dry wine with lemony freshness, grapefruit and hints of wild flowers. and some stone fruit  characters on the palate. Throughout one gets the salty lemon identity of Assyrtiko from Santorini.

Food Pairing:  The ideal paring with seafood, especially meatier fish like tuna. Also great with roast chicken. A brilliant alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Burgundy.
