Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding
We make this bread and butter pudding every year in January at the restaurant, it is one of our favourite desserts! Layers of sweet, citrusy panettone slices are soaked with vanilla custard And baked in the oven until golden and bubbling. Serve warm with cold thick cream.
