We love this green, nutty and slightly bitter winter vegetable. Quickly blanched then slow cooked alongside new seasons extra virgin olive oil, Heckfield Home Farm fresh red chillies and garlic. It’s lovely on top of soft polenta or with rich meats such as pork or lamb.
