Slow Cooked Veal Shin with Tomato
Slow cooked one-pot meals are irresistible at this time of year. We lovingly cook the veal for five hours until it melts off the bone, and then pour over the thick tomato sauce which is packed with sweet carrots, onions and herbs. We would highly recommend pairing this with our whole grain polenta which is also available on the shop to buy. Finish with a generous glug of Capezanna 2020 olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped parsley if you wish.
