The wines chosen for Spring by Monique, our Sommelier, can be best described as clean and honest. This refers equally to the profile of the wines and to the making process. Each wine has been carefully selected so that we may support small producers who focus on sustainable, bio-dynamic and organic farming methods. 

The wines compliment and reflect our very seasonal and thoughtfully simple food. Most of the wines are delicate, layered, versatile and most importantly delicious, which means you can pair them with a wide range of foods


Wine: ‘1753’ Campuget Viognier 2018        

Grapes: 100% Viognier

Region: Languedoc-Roussilon, France

Description: An elegant wine with hints of orange marmalade and tropical fruits. A crisp, fresh style of Viognier.

Wine: Reserve de Gassac rosé 2018                       

Region: Languedoc, France

Grapes: Grenache, Syrah & Carignan

Description: A dry, light, easy drinking rose. Subtle red fruit notes with a touch of grapefruit. The perfect wine for these sunny springtime afternoons.

Wine: Jean-Paul Brun Beaujolais ‘Le Ronsay’ 2018    

Region: Beaujolais, France

Grapes: Gamay

Description: A juicy, refreshing, easy drinking red wine made from organic grapes. Plenty of black and red berries with a hint of fresh herbs and pepper. Super soft tannins making it a versatile wine with many different dishes. Serve slightly chilled.
