Spiced Lamb Flaky Pastry Pie
Organic lamb shoulder from our friend Daphne in Wales has been roasted slowly with warming spices, prunes, carrots and herbs to create a warm and deeply flavourful filling - all encased in the lightest, buttery flaky pastry. Serve with a simple winter leaf salad that has been brightly dressed with oil and lemon. Needs no other accompaniment!
